Went walking @ lunch
My knee seems to be all better, only a half pound to loose this weekend to make my goal fo 2 lbs a week. The hardest part seems to be night time snacking. Any suggestions?

Good for you! The only thing that stopped me from snacking at night was acid reflux. It kept me awake and I don't do well if I haven't had a decent nights sleep. So it was the incentive I needed to stop snacking before going to bed - at least 2 hours. Maybe go for a walk around the block every time you get a hankerin' for snacks. Good luck!
